UPLIFTMENT OF WOMEN:

More than 1600 women work in various production facilities at Spentex.

Generally we have 24x7 Dispensary Facility, Ambulance , Lady Security Guards, Lady Welfare Officers in all the 3 shifts, Crèches , Female Canteens, Separate Buses for female workers of remote areas, etc for all the female workers working in our company.

STAFF SCHOLORSHIP

STAFF SCHOLARSHIP:

Spentex encourages and recognizes excellence in educational performance of wards of company employees and grants merit scholarship for meritorious performance in the examination held in each education year. The merit scholarship covers children of serving employees who have passed class 10th and 12th across all company locations.

GANESH TEMPLE:

We maintain a Ganesh Temple at Baramati which is one of the main attraction of the city and is one of the most important religious place in this area. Daily rituals as per religious practice are being performed in the temple. Ganesh Utsav celebrations coupled with religious programs and competitions are held for the welfare and the benefit of the society at the large.

ENVIRONMENT:

Spentex has contributed and participated in the “Water for all – Drought free Maharashtra by 2019 JALAYUKTA SHIVAR ABHIYAN” scheme of the government of Maharashtra. Spentex is annually contributing to the Environmental forum of India and working towards the world wide movement of Environmental Protection.

Spentex Baramati has implemented ISO-14001 Environmental Management System and implementing management programs to continually improve the environmental performance, prevent pollution and conserve natural resources.

Through the implementation of OHSMS-18001 Spentex is ensuring the protection of health and safety of its employees, customers and visitors in the factory premises.

Considering the alarming power situation, Spentex has implemented Energy Management System (ISO-50001) to manage the power consumption.
